Tre Posti nestled in downtown St. Helena, right in the heart of Napa Valley wine country. This central location gives guests easy access to top wineries, restaurants, and scenic mountain views. The venue blends vineyard charm with well-designed outdoor and indoor spaces. My best way to describe Tre Posti in there words is: Refined. Versatile. Scenic.
Garden Grove holds 50 to 400 guests and sits at the edge of the property facing the Mayacamas Mountains. The space works well for welcome dinners, outdoor receptions, or cocktail hours under string lights.
The Vineyard can host up to 350 seated guests. Surrounded by rows of grapes, it offers a sweeping view ideal for ceremonies or open-air dinners.
The Courtyard accommodates 50 to 170 guests. Lined with Mulberry trees and centered around a stone fireplace, it feels intimate and relaxed while still spacious.
The Harvest Room is the venue’s primary indoor option. It fits up to 170 guests and features hardwood floors, large windows, and a central skylight. You can divide the space into North and South sections to fit smaller groups.
Tall hedges line walkways and ceremony spaces, offering clean and symmetrical portrait opportunities. The vineyard rows create depth and natural perspective, especially during golden hour. These outdoor spaces work beautifully for digital, drone, or film photography. Tre Posti’s layout makes it easy to find multiple portrait spots without needing to leave the property.
Raquel of Roque Events brought a clean, modern approach to the ceremony in Tre Posti’s Courtyard. White sculptural chairs created a strong visual foundation on the lawn. Sheer white draping framed the altar while letting the garden shine. Florals were kept structured and minimal: tulips, calla lilies, and bells of Ireland arranged in Ikebana style white ceramic vases. Each element was thoughtfully placed to enhance the surroundings without distraction.
Instead of using escort cards, Raquel and Studio Cynth designed a seating chart printed on oversized olive-green fabric panels. Each panel listed guest names and table numbers in white serif text. The fabric hung from a wooden pergola surrounded by garden trees. The result felt modern and editorial while blending effortlessly with the space.
Curved white tables were placed along the vineyard rows to maximize views and flow. Above the tables, crystal chandeliers hung from a canopy frame and added a bold focal point. Each place setting featured speckled ceramic plates, gold flatware, and textured green glassware. The menu features organic shapes and pinned with pearl-accented green name tags. The palette of white, cream, and olive green stayed consistent across every detail. Together, the layout and styling created a refined but natural look that fit perfectly with Tre Posti’s landscape.
